After a long hiatus I finally just decided to paint whatever I could find. Purple is my favorite color to paint.

I took this photo of Dan and Dusty the Devil Dog around 2016 in Riverbend Park. This is charcoal and paint, which I’m sure you’re not supposed to do, which is one of the benefits of not having much formal training.

This is from a couple of photos I liked. I’d rather paint real things or my own photos, but I don’t get out much. Painting someone else’s is better than not painting at all.
